Arrival day:

- 3 pm - Two yoga sessions
- Two-course evening meal in our restaurant at 6 pm
- Access to The Thermal Baths from 4 pm - 10 pm

Practical Information
Yoga Description:
Our yoga instruction is rooted in Hatha Yoga, designed to be accessible and beneficial for both those new to yoga and a chance to refine techniques for those with prior knowledge.
Prepare to enjoy two distinct yet complementary sessions. The initial session will gently awaken and warm your body through a mindful flow of classic yoga postures. The subsequent session will offer a slower, more introspective pace, allowing for deeper engagement with poses held for extended durations.
