We take care of all the tasks so you can relax, even when it comes to activities and breaks that will give your event an extra touch.
Use the fantastic nature and our park for special event, team building and collaboration activities that our experienced partners have adapted to the area around the hotel.
These can include archery, MTB, stand-up paddling, cross-country racing, rib boats, rubber boat races and much more.

Use Vejlefjord's largest "meeting room" the park for activities and shared experiences.

You also have the opportunity to enjoy a picnic in the open air or enjoy a real campfire atmosphere at the campfire hut. Talk to our conference department about the possibilities.

Meeting break in Saugmans footsteps
The break starts on the large panoramic terrace. Here you will be given "provisions" for the trip and a map of the basket paths.
Chief physician Saugman had the basket paths built in the early 1900s. Fresh air and exercise in the right amounts were an important part of the treatment of tuberculosis.
We recommend that you visit a few of the sights and viewpoints below:
- Evaldshill - a beautiful viewpoint 82 meters above sea level
- Forrestbridge - on Vester Farimagsvej right next to Kongebøgen
- Kiss-me-now-house - an old hunting lodge that was rebuilt in 2012
- Træskohage lighthouse - a fantastic view over the Fjord from the top of the lighthouse
- Grannysbridge - the large bridge that leads over the gorge and into the forest
- Snail hill - a hill created by the earth from the excavations for the sanatorium's foundation
Of course, the tour includes treats. Homemade oatmeal cookies and cold or hot drinks depending on the season.
Additional price for 24-hour or day meeting: DKK 75,- per person
Note: You can borrow raincoats and umbrellas at the reception.

Visit the Thermal Baths & Thalasso Spa as part of your meeting or conference and find a special place for reflection and relaxation.
For 12 years we have been nominated for Spa of the Year at the Danish Beauty Award, where the judges' words include:

Admission valid from 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM on the day of arrival and from 7:00 AM - 10:00 AM on the day of departure.
Total advance booking no later than 7 days before arrival.
Individual purchases on the day, if available, will be at the current list price.

Conference dinner at the top
At the top of our beautiful, historic building we have an intimate oasis in Restaurant Barbara, which can be reserved exclusively for your corporate event.
In Restaurant Barbara you will experience the ultimate change of scene from a long, efficient day in our conference rooms to a relaxed atmosphere in elegant surroundings.
We will set the table and light the beautiful chandeliers hanging from the ceiling with the visible old tap beams.
Restaurant Barbara is reserved exclusively for you and we offer a glass of sparkling wine and a small appetizer before dinner.
Reserved separately for a minimum of 30 and a maximum of 50 people every day, excluding Saturdays.
DKK 195,- in addition per envelope for a full-day meeting or conference day
Activities for the sense of taste
Give participants a new experience that pampers and challenges the sense of taste.
Cocktail course
Welcome drink, quiz, cocktail on time, blind tasting, mix your personal signature cocktail and winner announcement. Offered in collaboration with an external supplier. Duration 2 hours.
DKK 475,- per person. We settle for at least 25 people.
The listed price includes VAT, as well as the loan of premises and iced water/coffee/tea or iced water/savory snacks.
Meeting temptations
Our meeting temptations provide the necessary "kick" so that you don't go "cold" at the end of the day. They are served in the meeting room at the desired time, unless otherwise stated.
Vitamins in a glass - Pressed from seasonal fruit and vegetables.

Healthy snacks - Vegetable snacks and crisps with homemade dip.

A little for the sweet tooth - Bowls of sweets in the meeting room after the lunch break.

We are surrounded by 43 hectares of park, forest and beach, waiting to be explored. Our marked paths invite you to walk or run, where ideas can sprout in the fresh air. The thinking benches are scattered throughout the landscape and are designed for reflection or an informal one-on-one conversation.
Our conference rooms welcome you indoors, where you will also experience how the calm surroundings contribute positively to the day.
