- During half of the treatment, you lie on a bed of silky soft basalt stones and are massaged with hot and cool stones. The alternating temperatures help the body to regain its natural balance and strengthen the cleansing.
- The massage is at a slow pace, creating a meditative atmosphere. The massage increases blood circulation, relaxes and stimulates the body's muscles.
