In addition to sensory experiences in the Thermal Baths and Thalasso Spa, you must also treat yourself to a do-it-yourself sensory package.

Saunagus with a master in the forest sauna and perhaps a wonderful fjord dip at the bathing jetty on your own afterwards.

The sensory package - An experience for your senses
A sensory therapist will guide you through a 4-step do-it-yourself spa treatment with a total duration of 40 minutes, which will nourish your inner and outer self.
- Step 1 – Breathing exercises
- Step 2 – Facial care - Vejlefjord Spa mask & Vejlefjord Spa 24H cream
- Step 3 – Dry scrub with Vejlefjord Spa glove
- Step 4 – Body scrub in the steam bath with Vejlefjord Spa Body Salt Scrub
The time for your sensory package is chosen on online booking:

The products are from the Vejlefjord Spa series, which is inspired by the wild, Danish nature. The products are based on an herbal blend consisting of: Ginkgo Biloba, Chamomile, Horsetail, Sage, Nettle, Rosemary, Lemon Balm & Hops.
Relaxing sauna in the middle of nature
Guided saunagus is included in your De-stress Spa Event. Here you can look forward to a longer session than usual with a duration of two times 15 minutes, with a short break between the two sessions.
The gusmester calls for saunagus in the forest sauna before the gus starts. Here you will be guided through a de-stressing saunagus and the carefully selected essential oils, which envelop you in beautiful scents that provide different effects.
Afterwards, you can take an invigorating dip in the fjord at the bathing bridge, if you wish.
Get energy from our Vital Buffet
During De-stress Spa, our healthy and delicious Vital Buffet in the Vital Bar is also included. The buffet offers a mix of vegetables and pasta/cereals, which can be topped with a protein filling of your choice.
You can enjoy everything from marinated meat to fish/seafood or vegetarian filling, along with homemade rye bread and butter. All this while enjoying the view of the forest, the park and the fjord.
In the Vital Bar you will also find fruit, tea and coffee ad libitum. This is also where you have the opportunity to buy cold refreshments and snacks.
