On 31st October 2025, we invite you to an exclusive Winemakers Dinner experience, where you will discover the magic of the celebrated wine connoisseur Urs Vetter from the prestigious Vietti winery in Piedmont region of Italy. - 1 pm - Check-in
- 1:30 pm - 5 pm - Access to The Thermal Baths & Thalasso Spa
- 6 pm - midnight - Welcome drink and appetisers, followed by a five-course menu including wines from Vietti winery in Piedmont

The Winemakers Dinner experience commences in The Thermal Baths & Thalasso Spa, where you can unwind and allow the stresses of the day to gently dissolve.
The evening then unfolds in our restaurant, Barbara, where a convivial social dining experience awaits. Share an evening of camaraderie with fellow guests as you gather to savour the exquisite wines from Vietti in Piedmont, Italy, perfectly paired with five delectable courses from the Hotel Vejlefjord culinary team.
The Winemakers Dinner offers a unique opportunity to meet the esteemed wine connoisseur Urs Vetter, who will provide insightful presentations of each exceptional wine served throughout the evening.

Vietti in Piedmont: An Iconic Legacy
Vietti stands as one of the most iconic and admired wine estates in the esteemed Piedmont region of Italy.
Situated in the esteemed Langhe district of Piedmont, specifically near the village of Castiglione Falletto, renowned particularly for its exceptional Barolo wines, the Vietti winery was founded in the late 19th century by Carlo Vietti. Thanks to subsequent generations, the estate has steadily expanded its holdings, acquiring numerous vineyards, including some of the most highly regarded "Crus" in Barolo.
The 1960s marked a pivotal era for the winery when Luciana Vietti married the celebrated winemaker and art connoisseur, Alfredo Currado. Notably, Alfredo was among the first to produce single-vineyard wines (including those from the esteemed "Rocche di Castiglione" Cru), establishing him as a significant trendsetter in the Barolo landscape.
Alfredo's life's work has been carried forward through the years with unwavering enthusiasm and a continued dedication to producing wines of absolute top quality.
